Besame Cosmetics Mini Unboxing & Review

Besame Cosmetics Unboxing. Please follow Peruse Vintage on YouTube for more vintage content!

Do you dream of classic, vintage cosmetics? From the beautiful packaging to the gorgeous colors, cosmetics from the past are so dreamy and elegant. However, vintage cosmetics are often not suitable for modern wear- if you are lucky enough to find some, time is usually not its friend, rendering it unusable.

Well, Besame Cosmetics makes that dream a reality! Created by artist Garbiela Hernandez, Besame products inspired by vintage cosmetics, including exact color matches to vintage shades and amazing packaging that honestly looks great both on your face and on your desk!

They are cruelty free and safe for sensitive skin- my skin is super sensitive so I was so excited to try!

I purchased:

Black Cake Mascara-1920: $25 with brush and tin, refills $20. I love the look of this, but I was so nervous it would be tricky- but I was wrong! It is so intuitive and applies very nicely. I love that it is buildable, refillable and will never dry or clump because you activate it with water each time!

Mini Lipstick Trio: $16: I am not a huge lipstick wearer so I do not know what shades I prefer. This is a great way to test them out to chose your fave for future purchase! They are so creamy like a lip balm and super pigmented. I also feel like lipsticks can be drying, but this one is not! All shades are perfect matches to vintage shades as well, perfect for all of your vintage fantasies.

French Vanilla Brightening Power: $16. It looks like this one is going to be discontinued soon, so grab it while you can! It smells like vanilla and is so pleasant. A great staple for oily skin like mine, this powder is effective and the packaging is the cutest.

Besame Weekender Bag: $45. I will be honest, this was a free gift with purchase for a sale they had running at the time- I am such a sucker for a free gift with purchase. If you want me to buy something and I am on the fence, if you offer a gift with purchase I will 100% buy it every time. The bag is literally the cutest thing ever and such amazing quality- it was so generous for them to give away! Beautiful vintage aesthetics & super spacious!

Overall, Besame is an amazing, woman-owned company. Their products are of the highest quality from the packaging to the makeup itself. I will definitely be shopping with them again, and I highly recommend them!

(P.S. This was not sponsored in any way, I just wanted to share my opinions!)
